You may think that this assessment is extreme and radical.   Well, your right.   It is.   But is it accurate?   Stick around and find out.  It's easy to hold the opinion that we're crazy until you examine the evidence.   Walk with us along the path from the late 1800s until today and they you make up your own mind about its accuracy.  

But before we get into the details, we have three simple questions we'd like you to answer:  

Have you ever been wrong? 
While you were being wrong, did you know that you were being wrong?  
What changed your mind?

Your answers are probably  "Yes,"   "No,"   and  "The evidence."   So where are you now about what's happening  in America today? 

May we make a suggestion?    Examine the evidence before you decide on your answer   We suggest a process called "The Beginner's Mind."   Just pretend that you are examining this idea for the very first time.  Hold the idea as a possibility to consider.  At this point the idea just is and with an open mind, examine the evidence.   Let the evidence lead you where it will.

Where are the Problems? 

Let's examine the conflict between the people and the super-wealthy Money & Profit Dopamine Addicts  as if we were military strategists.    We see conflicts all over the place, such as:  
***  Unjust home foreclosures,
***  Excessive health insurance premiums, 
***  The wiping out vitally needed, social service,
***  Allowing the nation's infrastructure to deteriorate,
***  Destroying the single most vital piece on of
          the American infrastructure --The Middle Class
***  A completely and totally insane anti-marijuana war, 
***  A political system dominated by corporate greed and
***  Dozens of other less-obvious areas of conflict.  

What do these issues have in common?  The core cause of every one of them, without exception, is money.   Money is moving form the people into the vaults of the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts.   The political system, the economic/financial system, the tax laws, and the corporate structures have all become highly distorted and highly skewed in the direction of providing a huge financial advantage to the wealthiest 1% of Americans at the expense of everyone and everything else.  

In order to receive financial support for reelection, the politicians have dramatically altered the tax laws in order to significantly reduce the tax rates for the wealthy.   Some Examples:  reductions in estate tax,  reduction in the capital gains tax, reduction in the dividend tax,  the Bush tax cut for the wealthy,  et cetera.

The politicians have also shifted the rules so that what used to be considered  ordinary income can now be claimed as capital gains tax, thus reducing the tax by as much a s 20%. 

Reference:  This process is described in detail in a book by two highly respected economic researchers, Paul Pierson and Jacob S. Hacker.   Their book is titled:   Winner Take All Politics.  

Here's a sampling of what Pierson and Hacker  found: 
***  Between 1997 and 2011, 35% to  40% of all gains in the growth in income
        in the United states went to the wealthiest 1%.  
***  During this 40 year period, the top 1%  received more wealth
         than the bottom 90% combined
***  Changes in laws are the primary cause  for this shift.  
***  Things that were NOT THE CAUSE include: technology, globalization,
        Republican/Democratic political control, education level, and natural
        market changes.  
***  Changes were significantly different from other "free market" countries.   ***  Existing regulations were systematically dismantled.  
***  New regulation that changes in the economy called for were prevented
         from being put into place.  
***  Profits were kept by the super-wealthy while losses were passed on to the
        tax payers in processes such as the billion dollar bail outs of
       the major financial institutions..

The Powers that Be  control the corporations that spend the money to elect the politicians who write the laws that control anything of any significance in the United States, England, and Europe.    These men are both psychopaths and  Money & Profit Dopamine Addicts.

In Michigan, the governor has unilaterally declared himself the dictator and controller of several Michigan communities.   In the cities he has taken over, he had disbanded all city governments and taken over complete control of all city/community property and all community activities.   This action is about money.   It's about the community property that the Money and Profit/Dopamine Addicts want to "develope." 

Do you recall what happened when American Airlines was give permission by the government to steal the money our of its retirement program?   The corporate executives financially rape it's employees retirement fund, while continuing to pay themselves exorbitant salaries.   Almost immediately, the  other corporations followed the example of American Airlines.   American workers lost hundreds of Billions of dollars.

In California, the state has disbanded 400 community development agencies a confiscated the money.  

Now that this can of worms has been opened you can expect a flood of state agencies taking over cities that have any assets worth stealing.

Did you ever wonder:  When someone already has 50 million dollars, how do they benefit by taking in another million dollars?   Their benefit is a drug addicts next fix.   Making large amounts of money and snorting cocaine both have the same affect on the human brain.  

These people are simply drug addicts.   No matter how much money they have, they are compelled by their addiction to seek more money.   They're addicted to making more money.   You can't cure them, but you can turns their future financial power into dirt/dust.  

Derailing the Corporate Dictatorship Train:   The two primary goals are, one,  to remove the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts from positions of financial power and two, to establish a network of new, private, money-making, and money-controlling foundation/corporation partnerships using a combination of a revised and updated variation of the traditional non-profit foundation and a standard for-profit corporation.   The two independent organizations work in partnership.   This financial transformation cannot stopped by the money addicts and that they cannot participate. 

We Create! 
We do not fight or seek to destroy those who are wealthy.     
We simply create something new!  
We will succeed as soon as we realize that: 
1) We are all on the Earth together,
2) Cooperation is far superior to fighting,  
3)  We can produce enough so that all can live financially solvent lives, and 
4)  Unless we  reverse Global Climate Change,  a few billion of us (or perhaps all of us) will die as a result of the Ross Ice Shelf in Antarctica falling onto the ocean causing a suddenly raising the ocean level of 14 feet and a world-wide tsunami of destruction that will kill millions of perhaps a billion or so more.  This will also trigger a dramatic shift in the Earth's atmosphere, the consequences of which are completely unknown.   

Where Are We Now?   Take a moment and examine the nature of the American political system.   The system is designed so that state overpowers city governments and the federal government over powers  both sate and city governments.  

Today, everything in the political system is controlled by the corporate dictatorships.   The corporate dictatorships are run by Money and Profit/Dopamine Addicts.   The corporations tell the politicians what laws they want passed.   All new laws are all designed for the benefit of the corporations and the super-wealthy.   They may, on the surface, appear to benefit the people, but in reality, they are far more beneficial for the super-wealthy, that is if you consider feeding an addiction as a benefit.  

The letter of the law is all that matters.   The laws are given nice sounding names, like "The Patriot Act."   The people are told that the law is to help the people.   That's pure bullshit.  

The laws are designed by and for the corporations.   The law's intent, the consequences to the people and the consequences of the environmental destruction are completely irrelevant.   The people and the environment get screwed and the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts make more money.  

Is There a Solution?   YES!  Definitely!   And, it's NOT in external government regulations of the financial industry, and it's NOT in corporate self regulation.   The money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts are not curable.  

So, How Do We Deal with this Disaster?  We don't!   We go around it.   An incredibly simple and easy-to implement alternative is to create  Foundation/Corporation partnerships in which the money stays in the system and is not siphoned off  into the vaults of the Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts.   We simply create that which serves the people and ignore the sociopaths and psychopaths that control the politicians.  

Here's a summary of how the new system works.  A revised and updated version of the traditional non-profit foundation is established with the well-being of the people of a particular location are designated as "the named beneficiaries."   The people of that location are the ultimate controllers of the foundation in that they elect local people who manage the foundation.   The foundation is completely separate from and has nothing whatsoever to do with any government agencies. 

The foundation sets up an independent for-profit corporation.   The corporation conducts whatever type of business the people choose to engage in.   The design, the format, and most of the details are already created and are available at   http://www.New-Corporate-World.info#39.   The foundation holds controlling interest in the corporation.   Like the foundation, the corporation is under local control.   Profits are designated to be used for the benefit of the community.   Ten percent or the profits go into an investment fund.   The investment fund is intended to eventually create a financial power base.   To see the potential of this, readers re directed to page titled:   What Social Security Could Have and Would Have Been.
